Anxiety is a natural stress response, but anxiety disorders are conditions where this response becomes excessive and persistent, affecting daily life. Common types include generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and phobias. Genetic, environmental, and biological factors may contribute to its development. Symptoms include restlessness, fatigue, concentration, and sleep problems. This paper presents the results obtained and treated using artificial intelligence tools and techniques for the automatic identification of the state of anxiety and its correlation to stress levels and human emotional health.
